Project Overview
We completed the installation of a 2359kWp solar PV system comprising 3,020 high-efficiency panels, spanning a total area of 6,034.3 m². This setup delivers a clean, renewable source of energy, helping to decrease dependence on traditional grid electricity while supporting carbon reduction goals and enabling long-term cost savings.

Scope of Works
Our team was responsible for the design, supply, and installation of the complete PV system, including:
- Mounting and cabling of 3,020 high-efficiency solar panels
- Installation of inverters and DC isolators
- Testing, commissioning, and verification to ensure compliance with all relevant electrical and safety standards
System Details
- PV Generator Output: 2359kWp
- Number of Modules: 3,020
- PV Generator Surface: 6,034.3m²
- Specific Annual Yield: 1898.12 kWh/kWp
- Estimated Annual Generation (AC Grid): 1,291,455 kWh/year
- Inverter Type: High-efficiency string inverters with integrated monitoring
- Mounting System: Roof-mounted, corrosion-resistant containment

Challenges & Solutions
This project involved careful design and detailed planning to maximise energy output within the constraints of the available roof area. Prior to installation, significant moss growth on the roof had to be thoroughly cleared to allow for the secure attachment of the mounting system. Our installation team upheld strict safety standards at every stage, delivering high-quality work while keeping the project on schedule and minimising any impact on ongoing site activities.

Outcome
The finished system now supplies the site with clean, renewable power, helping to lower both operating costs and environmental footprint. It contributes to broader sustainability goals and highlights how large-scale solar PV installations can play a key role in delivering tangible carbon savings.
